McDonald's in Marktredwitz

We go to the MC for breakfast (otherwise only when we go on vacation) so googled how long breakfast will be served. Answer 11.30. Ordered in the app. Arrived there at 11.03 a.m. "We only have breakfast until 11 a.m." Very disappointing when you drive to the restaurant for that. Adjust opening times either in the pub or online!

Very friendly and polite staff, but unfortunately something mixed up or forgotten every time with 5 orders. Unfortunately, it is not understandable how one can work in such a disorganized manner.

I always like to come here. Pleasant service. Sometimes crazy queues. Since the softener tastes different in the Czech Republic, I'm always happy to get here.

Kindergarten children so disappointed the young customers pissed off :( the food is way too cold inedible glances of the children ... parents angry and annoyed

The only place in the area that only accepts one coupon per car / order. Possibility to redeem several app coupons: inside at the cash register. A NoGo in times of Corona. Special requests such as - without salad, other sauce or similar are not possible here according to the shift management The Marktredwitz restaurant should take an example from the surrounding restaurants. Friendliness, depending on the staff - from ok to I'll never come back. If I want to eat fast food, I go either to Burger King or to MC DONALDs in Selb / Mitterteich.

Mystery box not there. Chickenburger not there. Ice not there. Cherry bag not there. Exorbitant prices. Unfriendly service. Very impatient. That was the last time.

Unfortunately, the wrap wasn't wrapped but everything was somehow stuffed into the package. When trying to satisfy my hunger somehow with this, I felt like a Neanderthal man. A pack of wet wipes was necessary to restore the standard of hygiene to some extent. There used to be something like that, at least at McRib. Napkins were not even considered necessary here.

So basically you can't say anything against the food. Only that 4 out of 10 orders are faulty is already borderline.

Typical McDonald's, at the moment personalized information has to be provided if you want to dine in McDonald's regarding infection protection. The staff is polite and the service is quick and also Czech.

Everything great. Were there early where almost no one was there.

I like to go to McDonald's restaurants. But it isn't my favourite. This one is comfortable and the service is friendly and warm-hearted. They bring quickly your order the dish so that you don't have to wait on the counter. I gave them 4 stars because the restaurant is not to 100% clean.

This McDonald's is below average in service, food, and cleanliness. This is an outdated McDonald's. It used to have a self-refilling machine for drinks, not anymore. They only take cash. No EC card. No Visa or MasterCard. There is one TV inside to occupy the kids but it's broken. There are no self order monitors or tablets for kids to play with. It's outdated plain and simple. I took away another star because of cleanliness. All of the tables were dirty and the floor was also an embarrassment. See the photos. I had to use my son's face wipes to clean the table. Sorry McDonald's in Marktredwitz but you guys need some improvements.
